- Apporter une expertise approfondie en rhéologie et en analyse des pièces plastiques.
- Définir les besoins pour la mise en production des outillages d'injection, alignés sur la stratégie définie avec le client.
- Piloter le processus d'outillage d'injection, de la validation à la qualification des études outillages.
- Coordonner et piloter les fournisseurs sur tous les sujets liés à l'injection plastique.
- Organiser et superviser le déchargement, l'implantation des équipements, tout en coordonnant les actions des intervenants, en veillant au respect des règles de sécurité.
- Participer à différents groupes de travail, aux réunions de projet, et animer des groupes de travail au besoin.
- Rédiger les fiches d'instructions nécessaires aux dossiers de fabrication pour l'utilisation des machines et matériels périphériques.
- Former les utilisateurs finaux aux équipements mis en place.
- Assurer une veille technologique, rechercher des solutions techniques et tester celles-ci en situation réelle.
- Participer à l'amélioration des standards à travers des initiatives d'amélioration continue, SMED, etc.

Dans ce cadre stimulant, Nemera constitue son équipe projet. Nous recherchons un.e Injection Project Leader en CDI. Le poste peut être basé à Lyon (7ième) au siège social ou sur le site de production en Pologne.
En tant qu'Ingénieur en Injection Plastique, vous serez un acteur clé du projet, depuis le démarrage jusqu'à sa finalisation, mettant en œuvre votre expertise dans la rhéologie et l'analyse des pièces plastiques.
Ce qui vous attend :
En résumé, en plus de votre rôle central dans la gestion du projet d'injection plastique, vous serez également responsable de l'ensemble des aspects techniques liés aux machines, périphériques, et aux normes de qualité et sécurité environnementales.
Ce que nous recherchons :
Nous recherchons un profil expérimenté justifiant d'une expérience significative sur un projet technique sur des sujets d'injection plastique.
Vous maitrisez parfaitement les process de fabrication d'injection.
Vous avez le souhait de travailler dans un contexte international, sur un projet technique et innovant.
Sur ce poste, vous parlez quotidiennement en anglais avec des fournisseurs, le client et les équipes du projet en Pologne.
Enfin, vous êtes un excellent communicant et bien organisé pour faire avancer le projet et partager vos compétences au service de celui-ci.
