- Analysis, documentation and optimization of workflows and processesto ensure efficient use of the ERP system (SAGE)
- Customizing and configuration of the entire ERP systemand its directly connected systems and interfaces
- Collaboration with various departments to determinerequirements and develop customized solutions
- Development of a backup and security concept
- Organization and support of access management
- Supporting key users in the specialistdepartments in the performance of their duties
- Advising users and planning, designing and conductinguser training courses
- Close coordination andcollaboration with our ERP system house and other external serviceproviders
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or asuccessfully completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in the administration ofdatabases and ERP systems, preferably SAGE desirable
- Knowledge of the Microsoft family, SQL, C#/.NET, Java,Parallels is an advantage
- Enthusiasm andenthusiasm for the topics: Software, digitalization, automation,processes and standardization
- Experience indata processing and data exchange with API and EDI data exchangefor the retail & e-commerce sector is advantageous
- Project experience and a high degree ofteamwork, flexibility and independence
- Astructured and analytical way of working, a sense of responsibilityand interdisciplinary and process-oriented thinking
- The ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Very good knowledge of German (C1) and goodtechnical English (B1)
