Description

The Visual Merchandising (VM) Coordinator role is a support role for the EMEA region.

Reporting to the Director, this role will coordinate key projects across the region while working on special tasks that support the Paris market and initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Creative Campaigns

Work with VM Director on projects related to Creative Campaigns, such as creative orders, vendor production & installation of special projects, photo review and market communications.
Support key creative campaign installations in Paris to ensure a successful and collaborative initiative.

Visual Merchandising

Work with VM Director on special projects related to VM, such as product launches and key product categories.
Support VMrelated instore initiatives in Paris that support the VM Market Lead and Retail teams.

Events & Retail Activations

Assist on instore activations, including popups and façade animations, which may include vendor communications and participation in the RFP process.
Support setup of instore activations and events, both regionally and in Paris.

Operations

Work with VM Director on regionalled programs, such as VM Ambassador program.
Coordinate with Regional Vendors, including sourcing new collaborators.
Support VM Market Leads on Annotated Floorplans.
Support Parisrelated LVMH special activities, such as organizing fabric and/or supplies and setup.

Profile:

Computer skills required: Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ambitious, flexible, outgoing, enthusiastic
Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to groups
Flexible in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
Working proficiency in English
