    Dans le cadre d'une alternance, en contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation d'une durée de 12 à 24 mois, nous recherchons notre Assistant.e en Marketing et Communication H/F/X qui participera pleinement au quotidien du service.

    Missions proposées :

    Communication

    • Communication interne : support dans la rédaction de communications internes à l'attention des salariés en France, en Belgique et au Luxembourg (newsletter, communication de nomination/promotion, organisation d'événements internes.
    • Communication externe : rédaction des communications à l'attention de nos partenaires courtiers et clients

    Digital :

    • S'assurer de la bonne mise à jour du site externe (création de nouvelles pages, mise à jour de la documentation, mise en avant des actualités) et suivre les statistiques mensuelles de consultation

    Evénementiel : aide à l'organisation des événements entreprises d'AIG et des événements organisés en régions (gestion du budget, pilotage des réunions de travail, préparation des supports, logistique, ...)

    Lancement produit : accompagner les équipes techniques pour le lancement de nouveaux produits : plan d'actions, rédaction des documents commerciaux, mise à jour des bases documentaires, communications, organisation réunions d'information internes, suivi du business)

    Cette liste de tâches n'est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction du candidat recruté et des besoins de l'entreprise.

    Profil :

    Bénéficiant déjà de premières expériences professionnelles dans le domaine Marketing, vous allez préparer à la rentrée 2024 un Master 1 ou 2 en Ecole de commerce, de Marketing ou de Gestion de Projets et souhaitez réaliser une alternance vous permettant de découvrir le quotidien d'un service Marketing et Communication.

    • Organisé.e, rigoureux/se, consciencieux/se, vous avez le sens des responsabilités
    • Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles, capacité de synthèse
    • Volontaire, dynamique et enthousiaste, vous êtes force de proposition et faîtes preuve de réactivité et de créativité
    • Doté.e d'un bon relationnel, vous avez une appétence pour le travail d'équipe, et savez travailler en mode gestion de projet
    • Maîtrise de la suite Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Connaissance des réseaux sociaux
    • Bon niveau d'anglais exigé
