- Suivi des commandes Machines neuves et locations
- Organisation et participation aux réunions de lancement interne
- Enregistrement des commandes
- Pré-réservation sur le planning technicien (technicien et machine)
- Enregistrement et suivi du tableau de synthèse projet
- Envoi documents commerciaux vers Client et vers FWSE
- Demande caution bancaire à FWSE et envoi au client
- Envoi des manuels techniques par voie postale, après validation par le responsable projet
- Organisation et suivi des transports avec FWSE, nos clients et société de transport
- Suivi des facturations machines
- Facturation vers clients, acomptes, avoirs
- Relance des paiements en cas de retard non justifié
- Gestion et suivi Lettre de crédit documentaire, Pro-forma
- Suivi jusqu'au règlement final et / ou réception définitive
- Suivi des PV de réceptions machines :
- Préparation des documents de réception
- Réception des PV signés par le client et envoi en Allemagne
- Information interne par Email de la clôture du projet
- Gestion et suivi Projets sur le logiciel Visual Planning :
- Mise à jour des données clients, changement d'adresses
- Facturations réalisées
- Scan des rapports techniciens et enregistrement dans l'intervention
- PDF des rapports d'essais à mettre sous l'intervention
- PDF du rapport de mise en service à mettre sous l'intervention

- Suivi des facturations machines et location / SAP
- Facturation clients, acompte, avoirs
- Relance des paiements
- Gestion et suivi des lettres de crédit documentaires
- Suivi jusqu'au réglement final
- Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme gestion de la PME/PMI, commercial ou encore commerce international ?
- Tu justifies d'une expérience significative à un poste similaire ?
- Maîtrise des outils de bureautique de base (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Anglais courant (dialogue avec collègues Allemands parlant anglais)
- Connaissances EXPORT (Lettre de crédit)
- Polyvalence, organisation, efficacité et discrétion
- Maîtrise SAP serait un plus
