- Veiller à la conformité de la documentation juridique, notamment dans le cadre des émissions de la banque et des émissions syndiquées (ou non) pour le compte d'émetteurs externes ;
- Enrichir, valider et confirmer les opérations dans les systèmes d'information ;
- Assurer le suivi du règlement/livraison des opérations sur les marchés français et internationaux (notamment Euroclear Bank, mais également les marchés domestiques italien, espagnol et américain) ;
- Remonter les informations et les problèmes rencontrés auprès des services concernés (middle, front, juridique, comptable, etc.) ;
- Résoudre les désaccords constatés sur les opérations face aux contreparties (nombreux contacts avec les contreparties, les dépositaires, les agents payeurs, etc.) ;
- Effectuer les rapprochements nécessaires aux contrôles de cette activité (suivi des suspens internes et externes) ;
- Suivre les événements sur titres ;
- Faire un reporting de suivi des activités ;
- Gérer les "suspens" titres et cash.

Vous rejoignez notre équipe au sein du département Operations Global Markets-Securities Settlements, qui recherche un Gestionnaire Securities Settlement Primary Market, pour une alternance de 1 an à partir de Septembre 2024. En collaboration avec votre tuteur vos missions principales seront :

Profil et compétences requises
Étudiant de niveau Bac +5, vous préparez un diplôme universitaire ou d'école de commerce, avec une spécialisation en Finance de marché.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des titres de taux et de leurs traitements.
Vous avez de bonnes qualités relationnelles, un sens du client et vous appréciez le travail en équipe.
