    JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Le Coordinateur ADV est intégré au sein du service comptabilité client et rattaché au Superviseur.
  • Le Coordinateur ADV intervient sur ladministration des ventes de la BU immatérielle, sur le périmètre Travel.
  • Le Coordinateur ADV a pour missions principales de facturer nos partenaires Travel et de veiller au respect de l'application des contrôles et des conditions négociées
  • Le Coordinateur ADV gére Iaprès-vente des opérations depuis Ie calcul de la commission et la finalisation de la vente par recouvrement et lettrage et en respectant les délais fixés par nos contrats.

  • Activité 1 : Gérer I après-vente
  • Être le contact privilégié des marques sur lADV: calculer en fin de vente (ou mensuellement pour certains partenaires) à laide des données de Iopération avec Ie CA et les % de commission négocier en amont par le commercial en charge du partenaire.
  • Émettre la facture de commission correspondante2 cas possibles :
  • La facture est à régler par Ie partenaire : en assurant le recouvrement dans Ie respect des délais de règlement négociés en amont avec le service commercial (principalement J+8, mais également J+15/30/45).
  • La facture a déjà été réglée via la solution Limonetik/Thunes : veiller au respect des conditions commerciales, et dans l'hypothèse ou Ie règlement reçu ne concorderait pas au montant négocié : demander soit un remboursement, soit un rattrapage de la commission non perçue.
  • Être force de proposition et participer aux projets en cours et/ou à venir pour les évolutions outils/ process
  • Remonter les éventuels points de blocages à son manager avec réactivité.
  • Activité 2 : Analyser et suivre les impayés
  • Faire régulièrement le point avec les contacts comptables auprès des marques afin de veiller au respect des délais de règlements contractuels et obtenir Ie règlement des factures échues (contacts par mail et téléphone).
  • Participer activement à la diminution des impayés
  • Partager à son manager les résultats des relances, ainsi quaux équipes commerciales.
  • Activité 3 : Assurer le suivi de Iactivité au niveau comptable
  • Assurer le suivi de la situation des comptes qui sont attribués, avec analyse des comptes et suivi des lettrages.
  • Analyser les écarts comptables facturations/encaissements des commissions.
  • Transmettre les informations permettant de fixer le montant des provisions au Contrôle de Gestion.
    • Relations externes : les marques partenairesRelations internes : les équipes commerciales et productions des ventes, le SRM, les équipes Contrôle de Gestion et Comptabilité
