What you'll do:


You will directly serve our two Customer Care Performance subteams focused on improving Customer Support and Technical Services performance along with providing their operational counterparts dashboards to follow their performance.


Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide the teams the right data to help them validating their performance improvement projects hypothesis, orientate their roadmap and monitor their project impacts
  • Help and facilitate Dotolibers key decision making by providing deepdive analysis
  • Help defining, building, and monitoring macro Doctolib KPIs
  • Collaborate with other Data Team members to share technical, analytical and statistical best practices
  • Build positive and trustful relationship while working with key stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges & opportunities

Our data stack:


  • BI / Reporting: Tableau
  • Ad-Hoc / Exploration (SQLbased analysis): Periscope Data, Datagrip

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Currently enrolled in a French 'Grande Ecole', Master degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
  • SQL basics, BI tool knowledge (Tableau, Periscope, Sisense, etc.) is a plus
  • A previous professional experience in data analysis is a plus
  • Good analytical skills, rigorous mindset
  • French and English speaking on a fluent level is a must and additional language skills in German or Italian would be a plus

Now, it would be fantastic if you had:

  • Excellent communication skills: experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly. Ability to present analytics to a wide range of constituents in a relatable and understandable manner
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, ability to think strategically and "outside the box"

About the flexible office policy at Doctolib
We provide 3 working modes, depending on your team set up.

  • Hybrid: you work 2 to 3 days per week from the office

  • Remote: you work remotely and meet your team once a month
