MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the best possible quality of products and execution of dishes served on the restaurant's menu, in terms of taste and temperature, as well as speed of execution for an optimal customer experience,
Ensure that the equipment is in place to allow the service to run as efficiently as possible,
Respect the hotel's standards and procedures, including health and safety rules, internal regulations and internal procedures,
Work closely with his/her team in his/her area to offer customers a quality culinary experience, while respecting Peninsula standards.

PROFILE:

Ability to work as part of a team,
Organizational skills,
Ability to adapt,
Ability to discern flavors and aromas,
Knowledge of hygiene rules,
Previous experience in a similar position,
Hold a BAC PRO
BEP
CAP or equivalent experience.
