    What you will be doing

    Il s'agit d'un poste exigeant consistant à gérer et contrôler les stocks, à effectuer les préparations des fournitures et des emballages spécifiques confiés à nos chauffeurs/livreurs en charge notamment des enlèvements et des livraisons d'envois sensibles dans la région Lyonnaise. (Température contrôlée, produits réglementés, transports dédiés et urgents en lien avec la santé,...)

    Ce rôle exige un niveau élevé de concentration et la capacité de gérer un grand nombre d'informations spécialement en période de rush.

    Ce poste repose à la fois sur une approche flexible des heures de travail et de la liste des tâches, ainsi que sur la capacité de travailler et d'interagir avec des personnes de tout niveau et de services différents.

    Appuyer le responsable du magasin dans les aspects de pré conditionnement et de préparation des emballages dans les opérations quotidiennes.

    Appuyer le service Dispatch en ce qui concerne certaines tâches import/export.


    Objectifs Majeurs du Poste

    • Communiquer aux chauffeurs toutes les informations pertinentes et appropriées aux envois.
    • La mise à jour et le suivi de nos systèmes informatiques tels que TMS, X-Act, Courriels et systèmes de sauvegarde des données.
    • Téléchargement de certaines données pour analyse et distribution aux services clients et autres bureaux World Courier monde.
    • Préparation des emballages spécialisés et des envois à température contrôlée.
    • Contrôler les stocks d'emballages, de fournitures et veiller à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de rupture dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
    • Suivi des systèmes et enceintes réfrigérés (chambres froides/réfrigérateurs/congélateurs)
    • Nettoyage, remise en condition et préparation des emballages spécialisés. (reverse logistic)
    • Numérisation et remplissage des documents opérationnels.
    • Aider les chauffeurs à charger/décharger des véhicules. (Manutention, utilisation d'un transpalette électrique...)

    • Capable de suivre les procédures et les instructions
    • Capable de fournir des renseignements pertinents sur demande
    • Bonne capacité de communication – verbale et par écrit
    • Excellente maîtrise de l'organisation et de la gestion du temps

    Compétences, Connaissances et Capacités Requises

    • Bon niveau en français et en anglais
    • Possession d'un permis de conduire valide est un plus
    • Autonomie et Rigueur
    • Collaboration et bonnes relations sociales. (sens du travail en équipe)
    • Sens de l'initiative et des responsabilités
    • Bonne utilisation de l'outil informatique
    • Sens des priorités + Capacité d'adaptation
    • Expérience minimum d'un an dans une fonction équivalente

    Conditions

    • CDI
    • Salaire : Selon profil et expérience, sur 13 mois, Bonus annuel, Tickets restaurants, Mutuelle
    • Amplitude horaire de 06h00 à 14h et de 11h à 19h00 en fonction du planning
    • Travail du lundi au vendredi uniquement
    • Pas de week-ends travaillés, pas de jours fériés travaillés, pas d'astreintes
