- Vous assurerez le suivi opérationnel et l'activité des brigades du service de police municipale
- Vous coordonnerez l'exécution des missions de prévention et de surveillance du bon ordre, de la tranquillité, de sécurité et de salubrité publiques sur l'ensemble du territoire communal.
- Vous organiserez l'activité du service et managerez les agents de surveillance des parcs et jardins.
- Equipement de protection individuelle,
- Radio portative et géolocalisée,
- Caméra-piéton,
- Radar euro laser (vitesse),
- Kit dépistage stupéfiants,
- Armement de catégorie B et D (Pistolet semi-automatique glock 17, Pistolet à impulsion électrique (PIE) Lanceurs de balles de défense (LBD), matraque télescopique, bombe lacrymogène petite et grande capacité.
- Vous bénéficiez de la Formation aux Premiers Secours.
- Vous détenez votre permis de conduire B.
- Vous avez de solides connaissances juridiques, budgétaires, administratives des collectivités territoriales ; mais aussi des compétences du territoire.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'élaboration de scénarios d'actions en cohérence avec les orientations stratégiques mais aussi avec les modalités d'intervention avec les populations à risque ou en situation difficile.
- Vous possédez une capacité éprouvée à porter et à piloter des projets complexes rassemblant de nombreux partenaires.
- Vous avez une aptitude à encadrer, coordonner et mobiliser plusieurs équipes travaillant de manière autonome, dans le respect des échéances politiques et administratives.
- Votre sens de l'organisation, de la méthode et votre rigueur dans le travail ont déjà fait leurs preuves.
- Vous travaillerez en transversalité et en concertation avec les directions partenaires.

Le service de la sureté publique a en charge d'assurer la sécurité, la tranquillité, la salubrité publique et le bon ordre sur l'ensemble du territoire communal. Elle est organisée avec 5 services :
Police municipale, composée de 5 brigades dont les missions principales sont d'assurer la sécurité des personnes et des biens, d'assurer la sécurité routière et de veiller au respect de l'ordre public et de la salubrité sur la voie publique, les marchés et les bâtiments communaux afin de préserver un cadre de vie,
Agents de surveillance de la voie publique en charge du stationnement payant et du bon respect des règles du Code de la route en matière de stationnement,
Agents de surveillance des parcs et des jardins dont les missions sont d'assurer la sécurité et tranquillité publiques, au sein de l'ensemble des parcs et jardins communaux,
Centre de supervision urbain, en charge de la surveillance de la voie publique assurant la sécurité des interventions policières et des personnes,
Agent de surveillance des points écoles, en charge de la sécurité des points écoles aux heures d'entrées et de sorties.
