Short description:


We are looking for an HR Operations Supervisor in France to take ownership of HR processes as we move towards an HR Shared Services environment.


Tasks in detail:


  • Initially will act as backup for payroll for all entities. Currently payroll is partly internal and will be externalised. The person will guide this externalisation process.
  • Leading on complex litigations, working with clients to advise on resolutions.
  • Being a main point of contact for HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle
  • Managing complex HR projects/issues with Worker(s)/Clients. Including but not limited to Performance Management, terminations & transfer of employment
  • Actively identifying gaps in processes and implementing changes necessary to mitigate risk

Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in an international HR Services environment
  • Experience with payroll systems implementation and T&A implementation
  • Strong experience with Workers councils, documentation presentation, working time agreements etc.
  • Willingness to develop in the future to be running independently the meetings with WC
  • Knowledge of either SYNTEC or convention collective de la métallurgie CBA (if both is a plus)
  • Native level French, fluent English
