- Design and implement pre-admission and conversion strategies, policies and initiatives to optimize student recruitment and meet application and enrollment targets;
- Develop a recruitment outreach plan, participate in online and in-person recruitment events;
- Coordinate school-wide participation in events to promote the school to prospective applicants (e.g., National Portfolio Days);
- Maintain and develop PCA's relationships with high schools internationally;
- Collaborate with the VP of Enrollment Management to refine and execute enrollment marketing efforts through various channels.
- Assist in preparing, maintaining and improving admissions procedures and processes in Slate;
- Counsel & advise prospective students;
- Conduct information sessions and interviews on-campus and off-campus;
- Serve as resource for campus visitors on a regular basis;
- Participate in admission and financial assistance decisions meetings.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure income-generating academic partnerships are effectively managed to maximize growth in student enrollment;
- Bachelor's degree required plus 2-5 years related work experience;
- Skill and sensitivity to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion as they affect the college admissions process, and a demonstrated commitment to building a strong and diverse applicant pool;
- Familiarity with U.S. higher education;
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Basic spoken French
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including work with diverse people and dynamic situations
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- First-hand knowledge of secondary and higher education systems worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe, Central and South America.
- Working proficiency with Slate software
- Working knowledge with Jenzabar software
- HTML and familiarity with Web software
- Strong spoken and written French
