What you will do:

As a Business Support Specialist, you help our customer-facing roles (e.g. sales) be more productive. This allows them to focus on their customer first, simplifying the buying experience with SAP.
In your role, you bring reliable, qualitative, and professional assistance on both transactional and business-related questions.


Core tasks include:

  • Handling enduser inquiries detecting the problem, troubleshooting, dispatching, and closing the issue
  • Working in a multichannel environment where support is provided via chat, callout, ticketing,
You may engage in simple exchanges or more complex consultations based on your growing levels of expertise

  • Exchanging best practices and following standard execution models to help our team be most productive
  • Participating in, contributing to, or hosting learning and networking activities to consistently grow knowhow and collaboration
  • You may work on scoperelated or processrelated projects within OnPremise, ServicesSales, or new deal motions to enable our ongoing value to the business

  • Analytical skills/Inquisitive mindset: asks the right questions
  • Multitasking/ prioritization skills
  • Strong English and French communication skills (C1/C2)
  • A cando attitude with lots of team spirit (across a virtual environment); Confidence in navigating challenging situations
  • A bachelor degree and or equivalent work experience we are looking for someone with 4+ years experience, therefore comfortable in working on changing scenarios and projects in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Service Sales/Consulting is a plus
