What will be your role ?
Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Global Sales Ops team as
Sales Ops Analyst.
Your mission is to act as a business partner for the Sales leaders to support the acquisition strategy and help the teams increase productivity.

2 positions are currently available in our team: the first one with Ethel has a strong operational focus on the beginning of the acquisition funnel, the second one with Damien as a analytical business partner with a focus on new revenue (MRR) generation <

1.
Ethel:
Your job is to contribute actively to the PayFit's acquisition model transformation. Your recommandations will aim to improve opportunity generation. Your scope will be global and mainly focus from lead generation to opportunity creation (tool demonstration).
- You will be a business partner for Marketing and Sales Leaders in France, UK and Spain. Our acquisition model, which is based on lead generation from Marketing and SDRs, needs to undergo major changes to increase productivity and profitability. This transformation is part of PayFit's medium and longterm strategy. Closely monitored by PayFit Top Management, it's a foundation of our future growth.
- To do so, you will work on developing, improving and implementing a Global SDR Methodology (lead allocation model definition, pipe management rules implementation, etc.) and bestinclass monitoring (defining, building and monitoring KPIs with targets).

Damien:
As a business partner, you will act as a compass for the sales leader in France, UK and Spain through proactive analysis and frequent business reviews.
- You will focus on the business monitoring through in depth analytical reviews of our new revenue generation (ie. Top line) versus what we have planned in the Business Plan. Your outstanding analytical skills will help to deepdive into the root causes of our under/overperformance in our different business lines by overlooking the whole sales funnel & handover of new clients with the onboarding team.
- You will also be working closely with sales leader on projects to enhance sales productivity (eg. correlation between discounts & close rate, monitor opportunities lost in the funnel, work with Sales enablement on speech analytics and performance management, drive motivation through sales bonus schemes ).
For both positions, you will have a great exposure to leadership, strategic decisions and team structure.
Your missions:
Process optimization (more frequent missions with Ethel)
- Deeply understand the acquisition funnel and the related Sales processes
- Be the owner of operational projects to proactively improve, optimize and challenge current internal processes. To carry out these tasks successfully, you'll also need to build projects, define roadmap and surround yourself with the right stakeholders (project management)
- Define and improve KPI monitoring by adjusting data tables with Data team and developing tools (dashboard, reports, presentations) to enable Sales, Marketing & Finance teams tracking sales activities to business results
- Drive KPI and acquisition funnel analysis routines with Marketing and Sales leaders to highlight relevant business actions associated
