- Participer au brainstorming des futurs looks, réaliser des moodboards
- Contribuer à l'installation, à la préparation et à l'application avec une vigilance toute particulière pour l'hygiène et s'assurant du confort des modèles
- Assurer la logistique (matériels, commandes, organisation des livraisons)
- Réaliser les retouches nécessaires sur le Setup et être garant de la qualité/ rendu sur les retours écrans.
- Aider à la préparation et animation des différents événements (réunion, organisation, logistique, réalisation de maquillages, intervention...).
- S'informer des dernières tendances maquillage
- Contribuer au développement de la notoriété du maquillage en relayant les différents événements sur les réseaux sociaux, dans le respect de la charte Clarins
- Codévelopper du contenu pour le compte de la Make-up Artist en ayant un rôle de Community manager lors des événements (filmer, photographier, monter des REEL) et en proposant des formats originaux et impactants pour promouvoir les produits.
- Effectuer des prestations de maquillage pour les équipes internes lors d'événements organisés.
- Accompagner la Make-up Artist lors de ces formations spécifiques experts
- Développer des vidéos pédagogiques avec la Make-up Artist
- Être force de proposition pour alimenter la rubrique maquillage de l'application de formation E-PRO et alimenter la gazette Make-up
