We are looking fora results-driven and confident financial controller to manage and improve ourorganization's financial performance and direct our accounting operations.

Your strategic planningand exceptional numerical proficiency as a financial controller will aid ourorganization in maintaining positive revenue and financial growth, formulatingsound financial strategies,implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, anddeveloping financial plans that support organizational strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding,through engaging with the material master data domain manager initially, thecritical business needs/issues that key stakeholders have with material masterdata.
Responsible for supporting theDDM and the key stakeholders to initiate the appropriate activity to addressthese business needs or issues either within a preexisting IT transformationprogramme, a new transformation project or as a BAU initiative.
Support and enable the datadomain manager (and their stewards) as they manufacture and service highquality harmonized data through implementing the Data Governance Factory, inorder to address the business needs/issues.
Help the DDMs and theirstewards to resolve barriers and roadblocks to achieving business value fromtheir data foundations implementations.
Single point of contact (SPOC)representing ED&AA on the business partner board(s) for the process area(s)most associated with the domain from FY2
Provide support to thebuilding of a successful relationship between business, data and IT.
Work closely with the Data ExcellenceCommunity Leader to ensure that data roles are in place when needed to executethe Data Governance Factory.
Collaborate with other domainsuccess managers to ensure demand for data excellence and data governancecapability building is correctly prioritized across domains for maximumbusiness value, such as aligning to strategic business transformations

What You Bring /Skills, Capabilities

Detailed knowledge andexperience of Siemens Energy business process areas and the IT and data that supportthese processes, preferably at a senior level.
Strong passion for the SiemensEnergy digitalisation & transformation strategy and belief in theircritical role in the aim to xxx and decarbonise the world's energy.
Flexibility and growthmindset, to take on new challenges and become a key leader in the SE enterprisedata and analytics arena.
Interest in upskilling in thedisciplines that support good data management, open to accelerating yourlearning journey into this exciting new technical field.
Demonstrable experience instrategic thought leadership in your SE field of expertise, and strong trackrecord in stakeholder and change management.
Prior people leadershipexperience in a matrix organization, coordinating and aligning a wide range ofstakeholders, without having direct line management of them. Thus exertinginfluence though transparent, ethical and modern interpersonal relationshipmanagement.
Ability to work well indiverse teams and actively contribute to an inclusive team culture.
Ability to work with an agile,product mindset delivering MVP fast and iterating rapidly.
A natural bridge builder, ableto join many different threads together in a cohesive whole.
