- 参与跨部门协作,与采购、生产、质量控制等部门沟通协调,确保设计方案的顺利实施。
- 跟踪最新的轨道交通门系统技术和行业发展趋势,为公司提供创新设计思路。
- 完成公司安排的其他工作。
- Responsible for the design of rail transit door systems, including but not limited to technical responses, concept design, schematic design, and engineering drawing design.
- Collaborate with the international design team to develop the rail transit door systems, continuously optimizing designs to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Work with international project teams to ensure that design solutions meet customer needs, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues encountered in design, manufacturing, and service processes, providing professional technical support.
- Prepare and maintain related technical documentation to ensure the integrity and traceability of technical files.
- Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, communicating and coordinating with procurement, production, and quality control departments to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in rail transit door systems, providing innovative design ideas for the company.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
- 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 熟悉机械设计原理,至少3年以上主导机电项目设计经验,有轨道交通门系统设计经验、具备一定电气知识者优先。
- 了解欧洲、国际等轨道交通标准规范,熟悉轨道交通门系统标准者优先。
- 精通SolidWorks、 CAD等机械设计软件。
- 良好的沟通交流能力和团队合作精神。
- 优秀的分析、判断和解决问题的能力,能够独立承担项目设计任务。
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proficient in mechanical design principles with at least three years of experience leading electromechanical project designs; candidates with experience in rail transit door system design and some electrical knowledge will be given preference.
- Knowledgeable about European and international rail transit standards; familiarity with rail transit door system standards is preferred.
- Proficient in mechanical design software such as SolidWorks, CAD.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving abilities, capable of independently handling project design tasks.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English; ability to effectively communicate with international teams; candidates with Chinese language skills will be given preference.
- Willing to travel internationally and able to handle the challenges of time differences and cultural differences.
