Job Description:


As the Global Commercial Efficiency Project Manager within the E-Commerce Commercial Efficiency & E Commerce experience team, your primary mission is to enhance the e-commerce commercial strategy efficiency, to increase online sales on direct channels.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including the Digital Factory, global Revenue Management, E-Commerce & Customer Engagement teams, business units (BUs), and digital partners/suppliers.


Your role will involve optimizing price competitiveness, identifying, and developing business cases for e-commerce commercial enhancements and solutions, contributing to product evolution by directing A/B testing.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Identify commercial evolution opportunities and develop business cases to enhance ecommerce capabilities, driving continuous improvement and innovation in online direct sales.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging strategies associated with commercial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with digital partners and suppliers to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
Your tasks

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor & support, consolidate price competitiveness action across regions & BUs.
  • Coordinate Global offer strategy & roll out with key stakeholders
  • Lead APP committee by supporting actions plan & ensure delivery
  • Develop business cases for implementing enhancements and present them to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Business Factory (DBF) to prioritize and execute the strategic ecommerce projects roadmap.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact of implemented solutions, making datadriven adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular analysis of booking typology, member rate usage, promotion efficiency, and conversion rates on direct channels.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to increase conversion rates and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes and measure their effectiveness.
  • Monitor the ecommerce landscape, keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively propose innovative ideas and solutions to enhance online sales channels.
  • Work closely with external digital partners and suppliers to ensure the proper implementation of ecommerce solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product development based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Participate in A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the impact of new features or changes by defining testing parameters and analyze results.

  • You have project management experience and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You have significant experience in E-Retail or E-Commerce in the hospitality, distribution.

Experience:


  • You have significant experience in E-Retail or E-Commerce in the hospitality, distribution, or luxury sectors.
  • You are comfortable in complex international environments that evolve rapidly.

Education:


  • You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor's +5) from a business school or equivalent, with a specialization in Digital and/or Marketing/Commerce.

Languages:

  • You are fluent in French and English.

Skills:


  • You have a strong interest in ecommerce, digital, new technologies, as well as a deep sensitivity to the tourism sector.
  • You enjoy challenging results and have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, translating quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial, you can navigate within an organization undergoing digital transformation.
