    Data Integration Specialist design high-volume, real-time or batch, Data exchanges between customer Applications. He provides analysis and specifications of data models and data mapping / translation schemas that integrate separate data sources. He manages the interface development process and provide training and support for production Team.

    Main challenges specific to position

    • Gather and analyze business and customer requirements to bring integration technical solutions
    • Add value to business to design the best integration model answering to the business needs
    • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes.

    Mission details

    Main missions

    • Design and implement integration flows and enhancements on various technologies.
    • Adhere to established development and integration processes, best practices, and standards.
    • Partner with development and design teams to support and provide oversight in designing integration solutions and prototypes.
    • In charge to supervise and conduct integration tests, load tests, and performance tests, including facilitating set up of test data and accounts.
    • Support hypercare period and could be involved by Integration Operation Manager to provide L3 support on operation.
    • Use users and stakeholders feedbacks to guide the development of new products and integration enhancements.
    • Assists in the creation of interface design specifications and diagrams for proposed data exchange interfaces.
    • Create documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.
    • Maintains interface documentation and specifications with guidance of Interface Developer (Confluence,...).
    • Adjust Application Support Model with Business Team for Flow support on Day to day, with Operation team, providing knowledge training and knowledge base.
    • Contributes to healthcare application integration strategy and implementation in the community.
    • Work closely with business leader on all project phase (Discover, Design, Configure, Developp, Debug, Deploy)
    • Write integration transition plans to move development work into various environments in accordance with business expectations.
    • Actively participate to Data Integration Analyst community

    Subsidiary missions

    • Facilitate training on integration techniques and methods, including creation of documentation for such training
    • Prepare and manage technical documentation and self-service resources on integrations.

    • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including those used to define the stages of a project and implement action plans (Waterfall and Agile)
    • Ability to understand the business of the customer: assimilates the overall business strategy of the company, the long term needs of users / customers and know-hows to translate them into IT strategy

    • Business knowledge in Retail, FMCG, Data, Digital, Finance, HR domain will be appreciated

    Technical skills

    Mandatory skills

    • Experience with system integration technologies (e.g. RESTful APIs, OAUTH 2.0, event brokers)
    • Experience with API & integration platforms (e.g. APIGEE, Tibco, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier).
    • Expert in API/ESB Concept, programming concepts and Data Integration design patterns.
    • Experience developing web services for application integration. (REST & SOAP)
    • Experience with architecting complex frameworks.
    • Experience in leading technical deliveries. (CI/CD)
    • Working knowledge of SQL request, preferably on MSSQL

    Valued competencies

    • Network & Infrastructure knowledge
    • Strong Experience implementing integration between SAP, S4 (all modules) & Other (Saas Applications as Salesforce)
    • Experience on Informatica (PowerCenter ETL)

    Qualification / Experience

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent applied experience).
    • [3-5] years of experience in integration engineering.
    • Background in retail, luxe industry is preferred.
    • 3-10 years in IT function
