- YOUR ROLEYou will be responsible to develop crossselling activities through commercialization of CEVA Products & Services (incl. other brands/entities) to CMA CGM clients.
This will include:
- Build and follow up with GKAMs on both CMA CGM and CEVA sides the action plans to develop the activities with CMA CGM strategic accounts (~140 accounts) and other global accounts to establish the commercialization of CEVA range of Products & Services through CMA CGM and CEVA network.
- Provide visibility to stakeholders on the performance and by providing a set of monitoring dashboards and KPIs on weekly basis.
- Launch and coordinate some specific sectors through a collaborative approach, leveraging the synergy between CMA CGM and CEVA
- You will also be tasked with promoting upselling by helping CEVA Business development community to increase the share of wallet among their customer portfolios.
- Support GKAMs and account owners for joint customer approach CMA-CEVA
- Support sales team by offering a range of services to help them convert opportunities on new products or new regions
- Act as a project management officer by identifying some internal roadblocks to upsell and propose some corrective actions in coordination with other teams (Upskilling, CRM, Legal, Products etc.)
- Create a dashboard and regularly communicate performance and progress updates to Business Development managers on a monthly basis
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- 3+ years' experience in commercial strategic projects and / or business development
- Experience within a large international company with track record in interacting efficiently with various department including Regional Offices, Agencies
- Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement.
- Indepth knowledge of the international logistics industry or shipping industry
- Strong analytics skills
- Mature judgement and decisionmaking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate to management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.
- Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships internally
