YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Transactional Data Head, this role is responsible for the analysing, validating, documenting, and testing of the functional, operational and customer related requirements for the ingestion and presentation of data within CEVA's data platforms.

This includes CEVA's operational data platform, CFAST, and the analytical data platform. The position will be part of the Transactional Data team, working closely with key business and IT representatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Analyse, determine and document requirements submitted from key stakeholders or from the aligned product strategy
Execute testing and coordinate solution UAT for developed solutions, ensuring adequate documentation is compiled
Manage defect identification, analysis, and resolution
Contribute to the prioritisation assessment for transactional data products to ensure timely delivery
Contribute to regular engagement conversations with key stakeholders and consumers to ensure the transactional data products remain aligned to the broader company directives

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, information systems, industrial engineering, or other similar area of study. 10 years' equivalent industry experience in lieu of education is acceptable
510 years in the 3PL or freight industry
35 years business analysis experience with focus on requirement documentation and project management
Sound understanding of Agile project methodology
Detailed technical understanding of system and interfaces capabilities & requirements
Sound understanding of data extraction and representation

Desirable

Master's degree, or equivalent experience
Experience in data management
Knowledge of JIRA
Sound understanding of key logistics principles, especially in freight forwarding
