- collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative product data
- provide Sales, PS and Product marketing teams with the analytical product data
- coordinate the preparation of and participate in internal webinars
- create presentations related to various product management activities
- create and maintain technical documentation on existing and new functionality and workflows
- ensure that Product team tools and processes are used efficiently and accurately
- test the Format developments
- analyze the customer cases
- fluent oral and written English
- good communication skills
- strong presentation and organizational skills
- Software: Excel, PPT
- basic IT skills would be a plus
- knowledge of VBA or SQL would be a plus
- Software documentation writing
- First experience in IT, QA, consulting or internal IT support
