Description du poste*
As first Business Operations of the company, your role will be key in
- Providing data analysis on demand & supply activity, pipeline & account management to identify & manage business trends
- Generating weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting and forecasting
- Anaylizing business trends & variances and recommand adjustements
- Building business reports and facilitate business process
- Creating ad hoc analytical studies & tools to facilitate analysis of data

**Profil recherché**
- Business school degree in Business Development, Business Analysis, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- You have a first experience in key account management preferably in a advertising industry, or media environment, having strong interest in innovative concepts & products
- Assertive and analytical, you are good at forecasting and planning and your hands on mentality gives you a clear focus on finding solutions.
- Your strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic nature make you an excellent team player and a good networker.
- Strong motivation and open and positive attitude
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Sense of confidentiality and high level of discretion
- Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of computer systems
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a can-do attitude
