Description du poste
Le(la) Technicien(ne) d'Etudes Eau réalise les missions qui lui sont confiées par le responsable d'exploitation.
Voici la liste des principales missions à réaliser sur les réseaux intérieurs des bâtiments de nos clients :
prélèvements d'eau
études sur la conformité anti-pollution des réseaux
le relevé de réseaux en vue de cartographie

éparer l'intervention :
Prend connaissance du dossier et du contexte, le cas échéant s'informe auprès du chargé d'affaires
Vérifie le matériel nécessaire
Saisit les demandes d'achat fournisseur
Organise les déplacements pour la mission (réservation train, hôtel...)
prépare et édite les fiches de prélèvements
Confirme le RDV au client
Vérifie ses EPI
2.Assurer les interventions sur site dans le respect des règles de sécurité
Prend connaissance du règlement intérieur du client
Répond aux sollicitations client en cours de mission
Effectue un débriefing au client en fin d'intervention
Vérifie la complétude des informations relevées sur site
3.Exploiter les données et rédiger le rapport
Récupère, valide et archive les données associées au dossier (y compris des sous-traitants)
vérifie le respect des engagements pris et la complétude des livrables réalisés et s'assure du
respect des délais
Rédige le rapport et le fait valider par le responsable d'exploitant
l'intervention :
Restitue le matériel après intervention : remise en charge, signalement défaut, envoi autre agence...
Rend compte de l'avancement de ses dossiers au responsable d'exploitation
Assure le reporting sur l'outil interne
5.Appliquer le Système de Management de la Qualité
remonte les non-conformités et réclamations clients
Qualifications
Vous possédez un Niveau bac+2 ou bac+3 dans le secteur d'activité ou expérience significative dans le domaine CVC, génie climatique ou traitement de l'eau.
Vous disposez du Permis B.
Vous êtes organisé, autonome, sérieux et ponctuel. Vous avez le sens du service, un bon relationnel et un bon esprit d'équipe.
Vous avez l'envie d'apprendre un métier original en développant constamment de nouvelles compétences.
