- Assurer la qualité et la conformité des produits et services livrés au client.
- Participer à l'élaboration des plans de management, de développement et de qualité des programmes, et veiller à leur mise en œuvre au sein des équipes internes et des partenaires/fournisseurs (sensibilisation, surveillance, supervision).
- Suivre le projet et adapter les dispositions du référentiel qualité aux exigences des clients (coûts, délais, performance).
- Assurer la cohérence entre le système de management de la qualité (SMQ) et les exigences du client.
- Être l'interlocuteur principal du client pour tous les sujets liés à la qualité (réunions de projet, rapports, audits, inspections).
- Assister les chargés d'affaires dans le suivi de la configuration des produits associés aux projets.
- Participer à toutes les revues majeures des programmes, depuis leur préparation jusqu'à la disponibilité de leurs livrables.
- Analyser et résoudre les incidents qualité, mettre en place des actions correctives permanentes et contribuer au retour d'expérience.
- Assurer le suivi des actions suite aux audits clients.
- Piloter ou initier des actions pour réduire les coûts liés à la non-qualité et vérifier leur efficacité.
- Rédiger des rapports à l'attention de la Direction des Programmes.

Profil
Profil recherché :
Ingénieur avec une expérience avérée dans le management de la qualité, notamment dans les systèmes qualité ainsi que dans la gestion de la qualité des projets et des programmes.
Maîtrise des normes qualité ISO 9001 et EN 9100, ainsi que des outils et méthodes de management de la qualité tels que le 8D.
Un niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé suffisant, spécifiquement dans les domaines techniques et opérationnels, est requis.
