Position Title: Executive Sous-Chef
Salary: 8,250 USD Wages monthly
Working Scheme: 4 Months in - 2 Months off
Starting: June 2024
Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous-Chef is to assist the Executive Chef to maintain an efficient
operation of all food production areas by constantly analyzing the quality and cost of food productions.
The Executive Sous-Chef is a crucial role in the food production operations of the organization. The individual in this position will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all food produced meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities will include maintaining budgets, training staff, overseeing food production, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Jumping on the operation when needed; it's a hands-on position.

The Executive Sous-Chef must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of an international team. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to interact with senior-level management and owner representatives. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of general office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Physical demands of the job include standing, using hands to handle, reaching, talking, and hearing. The ability to lift or move up to 55 pounds without assistance is also required. Vision requirements include the ability to adjust focus, depth perception, peripheral vision, distance vision, and close vision.
