Join us and let's create the future of gaming togetherRole And Missions — What You Will Do As the Head of Corporate Development at Homa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic growth initiatives and driving key investments and acquisitions. Reporting directly to the President & CBO, you will lead the charge in identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities that align with our long-term vision and objectives.

    • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's corporate development strategy, identifying areas for growth, investment, and expansion

    • Opportunity Identification: Proactively source and evaluate potential investment and acquisition targets, leveraging market insights, industry trends, and competitive analysis

    • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential opportunities, assessing financial performance, strategic fit, and cultural alignment

    • Deal Structuring and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring favorable terms and optimal outcomes for the company

    • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
    Preferred Experience—What's Your Profile
    If you're creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team

    • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a proven track record of executing successful M&A transactions
    • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends
    • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and anticipate market shifts, with a focus on driving long-term value creation
    • Financial Acumen: Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in conducting valuation analysis
    • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks
