ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all supplier deliveries that are directly to the various On Location venues.
  • Visibility on Merchandise orders and Production orders (quantities, venues, timetables)
  • Direct comms with Production suppliers regarding delivery timetables
  • Direct comms with Warehouse manager for Merch deliveries timetables
  • Full training on MDS process
  • Supplier staff training on MDS deliveries.
  • Arrange MDS deliveries and required staff at the venue sites.
  • Submit and supervise changes, returns and also ad hoc deliveries through remote VCP
  • Handle all supplier transport related matters, truck movements, truck route, volumes of movements etc.
  • Manage and coordinate with Transport FA on road closure, delivery slots etc.
  • Point of contact for P2
  • Point of contact for all On location internal FAs
  • Will remain in the central command games time as a dispatcher and trouble shooter.
  • Prior experience in warehouse and supply network, required
  • Reports to Logistics Director

  • Must be able to multitask and take ownership of all steps of this project
