THE ROLE


Under the supervision of the Senior 3PF corporate controller, you will provide reporting and analysis to the Management to follow KPIs and facilitate decision making concerning third-party feedering.

You will also work with the Operations Direction on fleet plan issues (repositioning and idle costs).


RESPONSIBILITES

Third Party Feedering:

You will participate in the monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis and in the budget preparation and analysis.


You will help produce analysis to reduce costs and/or improve services supplied, including, but not restricted to, internalization and externalization studies.


You will participate in the production of statistics and other studies and facilitate the implementation of IT systems surrounding these areas.


Fleet Deployment:

Establishment of the budget with the Fleet Deployment team

Budget monitoring and quarterly reporting

Monthly distribution of the fleet plan, with valuation and estimation of repositioning and idle costs, over the coming months

Alert and support the Lines Business controllers in their analysis of these cases of repositioning / idle

Carrying out ad hoc studies

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS


You have a postgraduate degree in Business, Logistics or Transport and have a first experience in management accounting or transport.


You are fluent in both English and French and have a good command of Computer and Office tools (especially Excel, Access and, optimally SQL).

You are organized and Self-Reliant.

Your interpersonal skills, a good sense of communication and your team spirit make you succeed in your missions.
