Job Description:

What we do in the team at AVIV:

The team Product & Tech controlling is looking for its next intern We are the link between the finance controlling teams and the Product & Tech population.

Our position is highly strategic and transversal within the organisation.

What we are looking for:

Tracking of timesheets for the product & tech population
Administration of our time reporting tool (creation of new accounts, support to employees, mapping of teams etc)
Reportings on the costs per R&D projects
Analysis of the capitalization ratio of R&D projects
Documentation of R&D projects for our auditors
Help on other financial projects depending on the profile

Qualifications:

Who we are looking for:

Good communication skills because the job requires a lot of interaction with the P&T population
Will to help colleagues
Good organisation skills
Interest for Product & Tech solutions/organisation would be a plus
Ability to work in english
Capacity to work alone because the team is frequently remote
