ALCEA, a French designer of security solutions based in Villebon sur Yvette, employees, €20m sales), founded in 1995, will join the Global Solutions division of the international ASSA ABLOY group in October 2022.

This division of the group aims to offer high security products and services to critical infrastructures such as: telecoms, energy, transport, industry, etc...

Looking for a
Systems Environments Expert

In this role, your main tasks will be:

Internal technical support: project team, maintenance, other BuS CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Provide technical support internally: project team, maintenance, other BuS CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE teams.
Provide technical support externally: end customers under contract or partners with access to the expert center
Diagnose, analyze and resolve malfunctions
Followup actions via a ticketing tool
Production of test mockups prior to customer migration
Create routines
Write internal/external reports
Onsite intervention as an expert
Share information to support internal team skills development
Carry out security PENTESTS on our field equipment (automatic access control and physical intrusion detection systems).
Monitor alerts and respond to computer attacks (Windows, Linux, etc.).

Mastery of:

Security infrastructures (Active Directory, certificates, etc.)
Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
SNMP / LDAP / SSO /RDP/ Radius /... configurations

Desired experience:
+5 years
