Your Role and Responsibilities

Joining the IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), you'll provide technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients worldwide. As a Software Developer, you'll be involved in various stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support. Your work will focus on creating software to support clients' hybrid-cloud and AI initiatives.

• Define technical requirements in collaboration with customers and end users.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions with customers and ISV vendors.
• Ensure technical requirements align with customer needs and long-term strategy.
• Understand and work within the technical environments of enterprise applications.
• Design and align gap resolutions within overall architecture and business logic.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to maintain quality and traceability.
• Take technical ownership of project environments until handover.
• Guide development team in applying internal guidelines.
• Identify and address cross-area issues affecting project areas.
• Ensure adherence to quality management plans and standards.
• Validate designs with stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Implement security practices throughout engagement lifecycle.
• Contribute to Hitachi intellectual property and Packaged Services initiatives.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of D365 F&O technology stack and related technologies.
• Deliver business value through technology leveraging and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations and Dynamics AX 2012.
• Lead technical workstreams in at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with LCS and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, C#, and .Net framework.
• Experience in end-to-end D365FO implementation, interfacing, and integration.
• Ability to gather technical requirements.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
