As our
Apparel Design Manager W/M, you will lead a design team and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the design process.

You will be responsible for executing design strategies to ensure our product lines are innovative, relevant and delivered on time.

The key areas of the role will focus on:

Steering the Design Activity
Lead and participate in working groups to develop technical design concepts for product lines
Draft design briefs and effectively communicate ideas to the team
Advocate for and defend the creative vision of the teams
Submit sketches and drawings to development teams within specified deadlines
Travel to factories to finalize and develop design concepts
Project Management
Organize and monitor projects to ensure efficient workflow and workload management within the design team.
Track the progress of projects and ensuring adherence to timelines
Participate in product evaluation and testing processes
Prepare and actively participate in validation committees
Develop and manage the budget for the design activity
Innovation / Bench marking
Conduct trend studies and staying informed about industry innovations and monitor competitors and market trends
Seek new processes and technologies in various industries
Maintain a strong understanding of the market while ensuring technological advancements are integrated into our products

You will work closely with the
R&D, Colour & Graphics, product quality and evaluation, marketing, merchandising, development and brand teams.

_Design Manager Apparel H/F,__ vous dirigerez une équipe design et collabore avec diverses parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer le succès du processus de création. Le/la Design Manager sera responsable de la mise en œuvre des stratégies de création pour s'assurer que nos lignes de produits sont innovantes, pertinentes et livrées dans les délais._
Les principales missions du poste seront :_

- _ Piloter les Activités liées au Design_
- _ Diriger des groupes de travail et y participer afin d'élaborer des concepts de design pour les lignes de produits_
- _ Rédiger des notes de conception et communiquer efficacement les idées à l'équipe_
