- Supporting the creation of global activation toolboxes (product, campaign, and technology assets & activation strategy)
- Agency briefings print and digital project monitoring (content production for Retail & Wholesale, organisation of specific product shoots)
- Coordination and inventory of samples
- Reporting of campaign results
- Benchmarks
- Helping content managers to organise outdoor shooting: action (sport), look book, creation of tutorial and product videos, etc.
- Supporting product shoots (in studio) for the various communication channels.
- Collaboration with external service providers : photographers, printers, creative & communication agencies.
- Supporting the images and videos database management on DAM (upload and tags)
- Support in graphic design with creation of our sell in assets.
- Management of orders/deliveries for ambassadors, events
- Stock management and dispatch of POS material

Academic background: Bachelor's degree in graphic design (Bac+3 or higher)
Languages: Fluent written and spoken English & French
Software: Proficiency in Office pack & Adobe suite software, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Première PRO.
