Account planners are an integral part of the advertising process and you will be directly responsible for creating the communication strategy for an advertising campaign while also assisting the tactical implementation of client accounts including the integration and planning work with cross functional teams.

You will get the opportunity to work with all departments including Creator Monetization, Brand Strategy, Ad Ops, Sales Ops, Brand Partner Managers, Product, and Account Managers and Legal giving you fantastic exposure to life at TikTok.

You will be proactive and demonstrate great attention to detail, be analytical and remain calm under pressure in this exciting environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Insight & Data : Monitor clientrelated metrics, behaviours and insights to power business conversations, and track business KPIs through insightful internal and external tools for the team.
NAL Penetration tracking

  • Strategic Planning : Aid the Sales team in presale pipeline management through the creation and adaption of narratives supplied with storytelling, insights and examples, by vertical, by theme or trend or seasonal
  • Operational support : key resources in getting campaigns set up according to the media plan and will support clients on various internal processes (account certification, campaign management, client onboarding...)
  • Cross
  • Functional collaboration : Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (SalesOps, Marketing B2B, Brand Strategy, Ops...)
  • Team structure : you'll work alongside your team lead in constructing structure for your team : participation in weekly team meetings, key operational POC on internal processes and sales resources, participation and presentation in client meetings...
