    Description

    Let's talk about your main mission if you accept it:

    Alongside the Legal and Compliance Team, you will contribute to the following missions:

    ·Assist the General Counsel in legal matters such as corporate or contracts, for AXA LM and the managed (re)insurance companies;

    ·Assist the General Counsel in restructuring transactions, M&A, portfolios transfers, regulatory matters, etc.);

    ·Support compliance activities of AXA LM in Paris, in particular in matter of data privacy;

    ·Support the other local offices, as needed, in compliance areas and regulatory projects;

    ·The Junior Legal and Compliance Advisor could work on other team projects depending on the workload and projects.

    Votre Profil

    Let's talk about you:

    1 – Education:

    ·BAC(+3/4) Master Degree in Law ; UK law would be an asset.

    2 – Mindset:

    ·Methodic, well organized and capable to manage multiple tasks and jump from one project to another that might be totally different in a fast-changing environment;

    ·Result-oriented, resilient and able to deliver on-time and quality;

    ·Open-minded and pragmatic thinker;

    ·Motivated to work within an international and cross-cultural environment;

    ·Team spirit.

    3 – Competencies:

    ·Knowledge in compliance;

    ·Advanced level with Microsoft Office;

    ·Fluent in English and French both written and verbal ; German would be an asset.
