  • The Equity Market Neutral Business Unit manages the Candriam Equity Market Neutral and Candriam Index Arbitrage funds. Launched in 2003, these two funds are among the largest long short Equity Market Neutral funds in Europe.

Responsabilities:


  • Under the supervision of the Head of Absolute Return & Quant Equity, Lead manager of the two EMN funds, the junior portfolio manager will:
  • Participate in the production of fund performance;
  • Manage daily fund activities (monitor existing positions & fund risks, execute orders)
  • Participate in investment decisions.
  • Research & develop new Market Neutral Strategies for the team.

Profile:


  • Junior or first successful work experience
  • Fluency in English and French, oral and written, required.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and market finance
  • Hardworking, motivated, reliable
  • Creative, openminded
  • Team player, flexible and responsive
  • Resistance to stress
