    Looking for an exciting opportunity to lead sales in France?

    Valmet , a global leader in process technologies, automation, and services, is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales France EPS for our Automation Business Line.

    Location : Nanterre or Bordeaux, France
    Reporting to: EPS CSE West Director

    Responsibilities :

  • Drive direct and indirect sales in France for Automation EPS
  • Lead the team in Energy, Process, and marine industries.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
  • Forecast and develop the sales funnel in the country.
  • Explore business opportunities in the Process Industry and Energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of the Marine industry is a plus.
  • Manage customer relationships, consultative selling, and negotiation.
  • Regular travel within France and occasional international trips for events and training

    • Markets to Focus On:

  • Energy markets
  • Biofuel & Gas
  • LNG & terminals
  • Biogas/Power to X
  • Marine

    • Main Relationships:

  • Energy, Process & Marine Product Line in Tampere, Finland
  • Projects department in France & outside
  • Sales team in the West Europe region
  • Local service teams

    • Requirements :

  • Technical background in automation, industrial, or energy engineering
  • Alternatively, experience in automation systems in Process Industry environments
  • Proficiency in DCS
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven track record in sales management and deal closing.
  • Experience in oil & gas, biogas, and/or LNG sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
