For our Creative, Entertainment Brands, EMEAA Department we are looking a full time ( position based in Paris, Neuilly-sur-Seine):
CREATIVE PRODUCER for Paramount International France

Position Overview

The Creative Producer is the main Creative spokesperson in France, acting as adviser in any topic related to the brands voice and communication vision.

He/she is one of the cluster Creative EMEAA team representatives in the region and is the creative point of contact with the local departments.


The Creative Producer is responsible for local production of all creative works related to on-air, brands design and media communications in any platform for the Entertainment brands distributed by Paramount International in France.


In this position, she/he coordinates all processes between external vendors, the channel ́s teams and her/his colleagues of Creative Entertainment Brands EMEAA to ensure the delivery of the productions, in accordance with the brand international guidelines and strategies.


She/he plays a fundamental part in facilitating communication and in establishing the right workflows, so the brands and the creative hub are aligned in their goals.

She/he is also the brands ́ guardian in the region, approving all creative and brands outputs to make sure they are consistent with the brands mission.


General key responsibilities:

Participating in the definition of on-air and brand design strategies (including marketing and digital) working closely with the creative director, the marketing team and the channel head.

Defining the creative output needed in collaboration with the Creative cluster team and aligning with the Project Manager in the resources and budget.

Managing external providers in all the production process, making sure they deliver quality assets and consistent messages following the brand values and the local tastes and in line with the budget.

Liaising with other local producers based in other offices to plan joint campaigns, sharing creativity and assets, and consolidating the brands across the channels in the cluster.

Acting as a creative producer supervising shootings, scripts, managing and directing voice-over recording sessions, defining sound design, overseeing designers works, etc.

Occasionally writing, editing, and directing specific projects.


That's why we want you to have/be: Degree in Audiovisual field, or similar.
Native French speaker, fluent in English.
Experience in promo production or creative production (minimum 3 years).
Writing/editing /post production/shooting skills, in particular Final Cut, Premiere, Photoshop and After FX.
Computer skills (project management tools, servers, delivery tools )

Creative, able to evaluate other people ́s creative work & inspire creative ideas, good at providing clear feedback and direction.

Coordination, communication and diplomatic skills.
A good listener able to understand the brands ́ needs and issues and to provide solutions.
Team player. Proactive, flexible, creative problem solving.
Capacity to manage simultaneous projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.
Digital marketing and content production experience is a plus.
