- Project management to implement new solutions or optimize existing ones (Trend Newsletter in partnership with Consumer Insight team, Tagger, Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics)
- Network Coordination with regional Brand teams and affiliates to ensure fast track on project knowledge and adoption, and a strong best practices approach (identification, gathering and sharing) leveraging existing community management tools such as Microsoft Teams, and supporting the organization and agenda of the key meetings (QBR, Monthly,...).
- Running regular and ad hoc analysis on the existing tools for Corporate or specific to Brands (Looker, Dash Hudson )
- Provide competitive analysis report on specific strategic topics (social selling) - Support the adaptation and cascading of Global recommendation, playbook and guidelines
- Implement trackers to ensure key initiatives are properly executed at the regional and local level Qualifications
- Organized, detail oriented, with an ability to multitask and run operational tasks
- Knowledge of business, marketing, digital and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Loves digital marketing, and is always up-to-date with the most recent innovations and trends especially in social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.. )
- Advanced English both written and verbal, French is a plus
- Analytical thinking: you are a strategic thinker who is interested in data-driven decision making and are curious about how to use analytics to guide marketing and creative campaign thinking, implementation and support.
