    Description

    Sterimed develops, manufactures, transforms, and markets various types of solutions such as substrates forming a bacterial barrier and preformed sterilization packaging, both for hospitals and medical device manufacturers.

    As part of the SAP deployment within the group, Sterimed is recruiting a CRM Project Assistant M/F within its project team.

    You will be tutored by the group's Sales/Marketing IT Project Manager. With extensive experience, she will guide you through your missions, which will include:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in all phases of deployment on the CRM module.
  • Coordinating and co-executing the entire testing phase in the tool, and collecting all feedback from this testing phase to prepare the tool design for phase 2.
  • Assisting in the coordination of internal and external resources involved in the project.
  • Participating in the documentation of processes and user manuals related to the use of the CRM system.
  • Providing operational support to users during the deployment and post-deployment phases.
  • Contributing to the organization of training sessions for end users.
  • Participating in the identification and resolution of technical or functional issues encountered during deployment.

    • Your profile:

  • Student in Bac in a general engineering school, project management, or business school.
  • Excellent level in French and English, both written and spoken. Some stakeholders will be % Anglophone and all documentation is in English.
  • First experience (internship, academic project, etc.) in the field of information systems and/or project management.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM would be a plus, ideally with practical experience on a CRM system such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in common office tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, etc.).
