    Job Description

    You join the Global Head of Compliance and Public Affairs team as a regulatory officer. Your mission will be to assist Mirova's challenges, as well as actively contribute to the monitoring of regulatory changes that have an impact on its activities and that of its affiliates located in the USA, In the UK, Kenya and Singapore.

    In a context of constant regulatory evolution and complexity of issues, Mirova wishes to strengthen its visibility in the Local Authorities in relation to its activities and its status as a mission-based company, in particular to position Mirova upstream of regulatory issues, to ensure its visibility, but also to support its various businesses in the implementation of these changes, both at the level of its organization and its processes.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Preparing and participating in consultations within the committees, working groups and internal workshops related to French, European and international regulatory issues within the Place organizations (AMF, ESMA, AFG, France Invest, EFAMA, etc.);
  • Coordinate the participation of the business lines in the various bodies and monitor the responses to public consultations through the mobilization of Mirova's expertise as well as public positions;
  • Assess the regulatory impacts for Mirova and its affiliates, in relation to compliance and legal, the businesses affected by these changes, in consultation with the Group's regulatory teams;
  • Coordinate and support the successful progress of action plans related to project pilots, regulations and business lines as well as contribute to reporting related to regulatory topics.
