Descriptif du poste :
Au sein du département Expérience Client et Omnichannel de la Maison Boucheron, nous cherchons notre nouveau/nouvelleau alternant (e) à partir de septembre 2024.
Celui/celle-ci reportera à notre Client Activation and VIC Manager.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes :
1)Clienteling :
Participation à la production d'assets de Clienteling (e-cards, greetings e-cards, shootings photos Haute Joaillerie) :
oRecueil des besoins auprès des marchés
oCoordination avec notre graphiste
oPublication des assets développés à destination des équipes Retail
Mise à jour de notre base de gestion de contenus
2)Programmes de gifting et gestion des VIC Care :
Participation aux programmes de Gifting et support opérationnel
oRecueil des besoins des marchés et suivi des commandes
oCoordination de la production et de la logistique avec l'équipe Visual Merchandising
oConsolidation des listings clients
oGestion des relations avec les divers prestataires
Participation à la réalisation de programmes VIC Care internationaux (traitements sur-mesure pour nos meilleurs clients)
oGestion des demandes des marchés
oCoordination avec notre Flagship, place Vendôme, et autres partenaires
3)Campagnes marketing & analyses :
Participation à la construction de la roadmap annuelle
Suivi des campagnes/animations internationales et locales
Consolidation des best practices après chaque campagne/animation
Suivi des performances des campagnes email-SMS-MMS (analyse des KPI's) et des projets CRM internationaux (calcul des ROI's)
Mise à jour des différents supports de reporting
4)Coordination avec les marchés régionaux :
Accompagnement des régions dans le développement de leur stratégie locale
Participation à la création de guidelines sur les activités et process CRM
Gestion et suivi des besoins marchés en termes d'outils de Clienteling et de Gifting
Benchmark régulier sur les sujets de Clienteling, VIC Care et Gifting
-Partage des best practices entre les régions
Profil :
De formation Bac +4/5, vous montrez un réel intérêt pour la stratégie client et le marketing relationnel
Idéalement, vous justifiez d'une 1ère expérience réussie en CRM ou en Marketing
Une parfaite maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) est indispensable.
De solides capacités d'analyse sont nécessaires ainsi qu'une bonne maitrise d'Excel.
Sensible à l'univers du luxe, vous êtes rigoureux(se), impliqué(e), curieux(se), fiable et organisé(e).
