Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called 'Rive Gauche', synonymous with youth and freedom.

This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.


In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.

We are currently seeking a HR Cost Control Analyst who will report to the WW Compensation, Benefits & HR Control Director, as part of our dynamic WW HR based in Paris.


Job Description:


ROLE
Within the C&B Team in charge of HR key fields of activities (Compensation & Benefits Strategies, HR Reporting & Analytics, HR Budgeting and Cost Control), the HR Cost Control Analyst will have responsibility in the below main activities:

MAIN ACTIVITIES
The HR Cost Control Analyst will participate, in collaboration with the C&B Team, to the following activities, coping with a worldwide scope:

  • HR Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Control and consolidate personnel data within the HR reporting tool on a monthly basis
  • Perform monthly budget variances analysis and initiate budgetary control actions
  • Support the preparation and consolidation of personnel costs Budget and Forecasts
  • Coordinate personnel costs matter with regional HR Business Partners
  • HR Data Analytics, Reporting & Solutions
  • Manage HR Costs reporting system and ensure consistency with finance
  • Participate in optimization of the existing and new HR tools
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and simulations related to C&B and Cost Control Management
PROFILE- Graduate from Business School // Fluent in English- At least 6 years' experience in Finance, Cost Controlling- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills- Strong numerical and analytical skills- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills- Autonomy on projects and ability to take responsibility- Strong communication skills and team spirit
