AMIO Corporate Planning Coordinator

Nissan AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) Corporate Strategy and Planning department are looking for a highly, talented, analytically minded and motivated coordinator to support the mid-term planning process in the region.

Corporate Strategy and Planning's mission is to drive mid-term and long-term strategy developments that ensure the future success and profitability of the AMIEO region.

The team work closely with key functions, including Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance, to understand the competitive landscape and ensure that we have robust strategic plans that are fully aligned to the global corporate long term vision:

Mission and Responsibilities:

Main tasks:

Support the establishment of a Mid-term Plan process management

Carry out mid-term plan process for AMIO regions: collect functions' feedback, analyse relevant improvement areas and propose updates to process
MTP financial trajectory forecast for AMIO and liaison with Nissan AMIEO Corporate Planning team and Nissan Global Corporate Planning team
Co-ordinate cross-functional alignment on process deadlines and key stakeholders constraints with M&S, Manufacturing, Finance
Consolidate planning assumptions and guides ensuring coherence across functions
Record the planning assumptions by scenarios for variance analysis
Consolidate risks and opportunities and support key analysis (variance )
Support liaison with Regional and Global function to ensure alignment on expected deliverables (timing, process, tools/systems)
Generate reports
Volume and financial KPIs definition
KPI tracking reports
Support MTP strategy reviews and material preparation for executive's reviews (Regional Chairperson Validation loops, Global Executive Committee (EC) reviews )
Prepare AMIO visibility & support consolidation into AMIEO visibility
Develop process with Program Directors and Controlling Teams to compare latest MTP visibility vs. previous MTP trajectory and vs agreed product milestones
Drive periodical updates of MTP with program milestones update based on PSPM milestones

Reporting line:

AMIO Corporate Planning Manager (based in India)

Location:

NAE

Background:

Minimum 4 years experience working within automotive, preferably for an OEM
Strong relationship builder with good communication and project management skills
Analytically minded with high technical proficiency in Excel
Broad business understanding and interest in strategy and automotive market trends
Consulting background is a plus
Fluent in English
