Your New Role


The Key Account Manager will be responsible for coordination between ad reps and the internal sales department focused on Max in France and will oversee processes and workflows to maximize revenue and ensure our clients have the best experiences with our streaming platform.

You will have cross-functional activities including Sales, Ad Ops, Product, Research, Marketing, etc. on all aspects of the campaign lifecycle, and you will work closely with tech and ad product teams.

You will also need to identify efficient workstreams and establish strong relationships internally and externally with key Advertisers and Agencies.


Your Role Accountabilities

  • Coordinate relationships between ad rep and sales team: responsible for pretopost sale campaign execution in partnership with Agency Sales Partners and our sales house.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and packaging to meet revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Develop, document and rollout new processes and workflows that create efficiencies for daytoday ad sales department
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams including Ad Ops, Product, Research, Ads Marketing, etc. on key projects & initiatives as we build and scale our Advertising Business
  • Provide regular updates to sales counterparts on client feedback, campaign performance, optimization recommendations, booking trends, etc.
  • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting, reporting, upfront tracking, etc.
  • Analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Sales Planning functions in the digital or linear media industry, with a focus on video advertising
  • Excellent understanding of Sales Operations and pitchtopay systems and workflows
  • Deep knowledge of digital media sales, including Direct IO, Programmatic Advertising and CTV
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the ability to make data digestible for crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry tools and software, including ad servers, DSPs, and CRM systems
  • Deep understanding of Advertising Measurement vendors

Votre nouveau rôle...


Vous serez en charge de la commercialisation de l'offre de service de streaming du groupe WBD,
max. Intégré au sein du département commercial et publicité, vous aurez pour mission la coordination commerciale entre la régie publicitaire et le département commercial WBD France.

Vous superviserez le développement commercial, l'optimisation de la vente d'espace afin de maximiser les revenus.

Vous aurez des activités transversales incluant la relation commerciale avec les clients, la régie et les différents services internes (marketing, études, techniques et financiers).

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les équipes de produits publicitaires. Vous devrez également établir des relations solides en externe avec les principaux annonceurs et agences.
