- Nous recherchons une personne en contrat dalternance capable dappréhender rapidement les méthodes et enjeux du recrutement dans un contexte international à forte croissance.
- Rattaché(e) à la responsable recrutement du pôle, vous serez chargé.e de l'intégralité du processus de recrutement pour les postes qui vous seront confiés.
- Vous serez amené.e à travailler sur lensemble des problématiques rencontrées par léquipe selon vos appétences et votre évolution.
- Activité 1: Contribuer à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement : du brief de lancement jusquà lintégration du candidat. Contribuer à la détection et au processus de recrutement de profils internes
- Activité 2: Travailler sur le développement et la mise en place dune stratégie de sourcing afin de construire un pipeline de candidats (Jobboards, LinkedIn, WTTJ, réseau & cooptation..
- Activité 3: Assurer une expérience candidat de qualité, (suivi des KPI Groupe)
- Activité 4: Développer et maintenir une relation de qualité avec les différents hiring managers afin danticiper leurs besoins et de les aider au mieux dans la construction de leurs équipes
- Activité 5: Rédaction des propositions salariales et gestion administrative/onboarding du nouveau collaborateur
- Niveau danglais courant afin de pouvoir évoluer au sein dune équipe multiculturelle et internationale. Un niveau B2 est exigé avec une certification.
- Vous suivez actuellement une formation supérieure (Bac+ 4/5) en université, en école de commerce ou en école RH (idéalement sur un rythme de 3s/1s ou 4j/1j)
- Vous avez un véritable intérêt pour le business et les métiers des fonctions support
