Votre mission
LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, travail temporaire spécialisé, gestion de transition et évaluation d'experts, cadres et dirigeants recherche pour son client, spécialisé dans le domaine de l'agroalimentaire et basé à Boulogne-sur-M er, leaders de l'industrie du Petfood avec 8 sites de fabrication en Europe, fournissant des produits de qualité à des clients du monde entier, e n CDI un :
Category manager H/F Au sein de l'équipe commerciale France / Italie, vous épaulez les responsable du développement catégorie afin de mieux comprendre la dynamique du marché.Vous analysez des données très précises (revues de gammes, analyse des prix / promotions, bibliothèques de produits, plans de développement, analyse des concurrents et des produits etc.) et examinez les performances de tous les aspects du petfood dans le Sud de l'Europe pour comprendre les principales tendances.
Par ailleurs, vous rencontrez et présentez aux partenaires commerciaux les dynamiques et performances du marché. Vous utilisez tous les outils disponibles pour déterminer l'assortiment le plus optimisé pour chaque client en accord avec la stratégie.
Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle et renforcez également l'équipe commerciale en termes de connaissance catégorie et concurrence.
Votre profil
De formation Bac+2 avec expérience ou BAC+5, votre rigueur vous a permis d'occuper un poste similaire.
Vous disposez d'un esprit analytique et avez le goût des chiffres et des tableaux Excel.
De nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir en France, Italie essentiellement. Vous êtes amené(e) à rencontrer vos clients, mais aussi vos collègues sur les sites de production du Groupe.
Vous avez de grandes capacités d'adaptation, évoluant dans un contexte multiculturel.
Une expérience en grande distribution serait appréciée.
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit, l'italien serait un vrai plus
