- Support the Talent & Organization Development Manager to drive excellence in the global TOD Projects.
- Lead several projects dedicated to a specific population or process for Talent Development (employee engagement initiatives, updates on job mapping, ...).
- Participate in the preparation of People Reviews and other Talent Committees.
- Support the coordination and the follow-up of the Annual Performance Review.
- Propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world.
- Good communication, organization and planning skills.
- Master 2 with an HR specialization.
- Team spirit & international mindset.
- Writing and analysis competencies.
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, any other tool is a plus.
- Fluent in English.

Our Group TOD is looking for a Group TOD Apprentice for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.
We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to get to know more about our dynamic industry for a greener world but also participate in the Talent Development initiatives and missions in our Headquarter (HQ) in Nanterre and who will be supported in their development by the Talent & Organization Development Manager .
